You will view all people and affairs with bias, find every circumstance unsatisfactory, and see a distorted and unreal world all around you, so naturally joy and happiness will be hard to find in life. In fact, warmth and beauty are never lacking in this world. The reason we often seek them but cannot find them is never that happiness does not exist, but that our hearts, clouded by resentment, have long lost the ability to perceive beauty.
