中国城镇人口在下降

今天英国经济学家杂志有一篇文章。标题为It's not just China's total population that is falling，副标题为The number of people in China's towns and cities is in decline。文章说，中国不仅是总的人口在下降，城镇人口根据联合国的定义也在下降。它于2021年见顶。根据联合国的定义，中国的城镇化比例实际为83.7%，远远高于官方的数字67%。未来的增长空间有限。也就是说，城镇化对于房地产的要求其实没有想象的那么大。
