Taking small steps is major key. Read ↙️

I constantly get emails from individuals trying to achieve a tremendous goal within a short time period. Just think about the amount of stress that comes with trying to do something like that. It will only put more pressure on you and more than likely you won’t follow through with it.

My advice is try to focus on small incremental steps towards that end goal. Create weekly goals toward the bigger goal. Ultimately things will take time, no matter what goal you have set for yourself. These small steps will then create good habits that WILL set you up towards success make the long term goal feel seamless by the time your there.
