Another day down in the 📚, I completed 2 training sessions today along with 60 minutes of low intensity cardio. (split between two sessions) Here are some highlights from tonight’s back workout. Training back itself is already super taxing since it’s such a huge muscle group, it legit feels like doing labor work but no complaints. Just gotta get the job done, I recently started to utilize the sauna/steam room after my training and I feel rejuvenated every time.
