My own birthday celebration started yesterday!  
I bought a crêpe with cream and bananas for lunch and watched the Teochew movie, Dear You, with my husband. We had a long conversation about the sense of belonging.  
 
Today we played pickleball and had a lovely Japanese lunch. I then bought a hand cream that smelled like today and now as I am writing this, I am heading to a Teochew restaurant, a dinner with my family.  
 
On the way there I read heartfelt wishes and on my special day, as always, I feel grateful and blessed.
