患者通常会使用“舒适”的那条腿:凹侧的腿用来下蹲,凸侧的腿用来起身。这将增加腰椎的凸度。(图 105、106)
Most often the patient will use the 'comfortable' leg: the leg on the concave side, to go down, and the convex sided leg to get up. This will increase the lumbar convexity. (Figs. 105, 106).
