250th Birthday, America! Times Square Ball Drop

One of my favorite World Cup moments so far.

Brazilian fans convinced the Norwegian supporters to teach them their famous Viking Row, the tradition inspired by Norway’s Viking heritage that has become one of the standout fan celebrations of this World Cup.

Within minutes, everyone was rowing together before breaking into “A Thousand Miles” together. Then came the hugs, handshakes, and plenty of smiles as the Brazilian fans even shared a taste of traditional Brazilian beer with their new Norwegian friends.
