Dear owners/residents of Phase II of Xiangbin International City’s Zijing Courtyard.
According to the notice from the power company, in order to ensure normal power supply during the peak summer season and alleviate the load on the community’s electrical system, the power company plans to install an additional transformer. The existing transformer will need to be replaced. During this time, units located under the original power lines will experience a power outage.
It is currently planned to conduct a transformer power outage and transfer operation from 9:30 am to 5:00 pm on June 29.
The areas affected by the power outage are as follows:
1. Unit 1 and Unit 2 of Building 11, residential units.
2. Buildings 12, 13, 14 for residential use. Buildings 15, 16, 17 for residential use.
3. Electricity for Phase II commercial units.

During the power outage, the elevators operated normally, and water supply was uninterrupted. Property owners/residents are advised to prepare for the outage by shutting down their household electrical equipment in advance. The electrical system will be tested, and power will be restored as soon as possible.
