【6月“翘尾”收官 北京上半年二手房网签创近五年新高】
Beijing’s second-hand home transactions in the first half of this year hit a five-year high. In June, 16,500 units changed hands, up 4.4% compared to the previous month and 10% more than the same period last year. Total transactions for the first six months of this year reached 92,500 units, up 5.7% compared to the previous year.

据北京市住建委数据显示，今年6月，北京二手住宅网签1.65万套，环比增长4.4%，同比增长10%。今年上半年，二手住宅网签量为9.25万套，同比增长5.7%，为近五年同期最高水平。
