On June 27, the Ferris wheel at the Happy Valley amusement park in Beijing officially opened to the public. The 99 meter-tall Ferris wheel is the tallest in Beijing and has become a landmark of the city skyline. Since its opening, it has become a recognizable fixture along the Southeast Fourth Ring Road, with its pictures often posted on social media platforms.
