大二的节目主持课上我说，我的愿望是中国的体育女主持女解说可以不穿短裙，坐在解说台前。

最近突然发觉，这个愿望开始实现了，她们穿的长袖西服，穿上了平底鞋，穿上了长裤，她们坐在了解说台中央。

毕业论文里我写到，在以男性为主导的体育传播场域中，女性主持人常面临专业形象建构困境，其语言、视觉、行为表现等易受刻板期待所影响。

好在，有人发现了，有人发声了，有人改变了。

毕业论文致谢里我写道，“I would like to thank myself. Thank you for staying true to your passion for the sports industry, for never giving up on it. Thank you for being a woman—for observing and feeling deeply, for noticing the problems that women encounter in the sports world, for raising those questions, for offering your own insights, and for making small but sincere suggestions. Thank you for your persistence. This thesis is also a reward for your courage and dedication.”

这感觉真好，以后会更好。
