端午静心，瑜伽冥想的时光

值此端午佳节，总领事普拉提克・马图尔应邀出席在杭州这座文旅与人工智能产业重镇、塔塔咨询服务公司大型园区举办的2026国际瑜伽日庆典主题日活动。

现场汇聚了全球各地两百余名参与者，总领事指出：印度文化关系委员会、印度阿尤什部在印度外交部大力协作支持下，于全球各地持续举办国际瑜伽日系列庆祝活动，意义深远。

本次活动以 “瑜伽永葆青春与活力” 为 2026 国际瑜伽日主题，当地民众踊跃参与；众人共同宣誓，将阿尤什养生理念融入日常起居，全年每日坚持练习瑜伽，实现瑜伽常伴生活。

总领事也对各界社群鼎力支持明日上午将于上海黄浦江畔历史地标外滩举办的 2026 国际瑜伽日收官盛典表示由衷感谢。这场活动将再度彰显印度与这片土地源远流长的联结，持续深化两国人民之间的友好往来。

On the happy occasion of #DragonboatFestival#, Consul General Shri Pratik Mathur participated in the #IDY2026# culmination day celebrations organized at the sprawling at TCS campus in China’s tourism-AI hub of #Hangzhou#.

Welcoming over two hundred participants who had gathered together from all over the world, Consul General highlighted the significance of #IDY# celebrations being organized across the world by ICCR and Ayush with active support and cooperation from MEA India.

Participants actively supported the #IDY2026# motto of “Yoga for Healthy Ageing” for the local community and took a pledge for Yoga@365/24*7 through incorporation of #AYUSH# practices in daily life and activities.

CG also heartily welcomed immense contributions being made by the community towards the #IDY2026# season finale event being organized tomorrow morning at the historic #BUND# on the Huangpu river in #Shanghai#, yet again showcasing India's age old links with the region and strengthening people to people ties.
