Na noite de 13 de junho, realizou-se no Shanghai Grand Theatre a Cerimónia de Abertura da 28.ª Edição do Festival Internacional de Cinema de Xangai (SIFF), que reuniu cineastas e talentos emergentes de todo o mundo; os membros dos júris do Prémio Jin Jue (Golden Goblet) desfilaram na passadeira vermelha ao longo da noite.
6月13日晚，第28届@上海国际电影节 金爵盛典在上海大剧院举行，聚集全球光影名家新秀。本届电影节金爵奖评委先后亮相。
On the evening of 13 June, the Opening Ceremony of the 28th Shanghai International Film Festival (SIFF) was held at the Shanghai Grand Theatre, bringing together filmmakers and new talents from around the world, as jurors of this year's Jin Jue (Golden Goblet) Awards made their entrance on the red carpet.
O realizador e produtor português João Salaviza preside ao júri da secção de Curta-Metragem, acompanhado por Lena von Döhren (realizadora e ilustradora alemã) e Qiu Sheng (realizador e guionista chinês).
葡萄牙导演、制片人若昂·萨拉维扎领衔短片单元评委会，携德国导演及插画家莉娜·冯·多伦、中国导演及编剧仇晟出席红毯仪式及盛典。
Portuguese director and producer João Salaviza heads the Short Film jury, together with German director and illustrator Lena von Döhren and Chinese director-screenwriter Qiu Sheng.
Na manhã seguinte, os júris das secções Novos Realizadores da Ásia, Documentário, Animação e Curta-Metragem marcaram presença na conferência de imprensa. Criadores vindos de áreas e horizontes culturais distintos reiteraram um critério universal para o grande cinema: linguagem renovada, emoção autêntica e capacidade de tocar o público.
次日上午，亚洲新人、纪录片、动画片、短片四个单元评委亮相媒体见面会。来自全球不同创作领域、不同文化背景的创作者们，有着全世界共通的优秀电影评价标准：表达新颖、情感真挚、直抵人心。
The following morning, jurors from the Asian New Talent, Documentary, Animation and Short Film sections met the press. Creators from across disciplines and cultures converged on a shared standard for excellence in film: original expression, emotional truth, and the power to move an audience.
No encontro com a imprensa, Salaviza evocou a obra de curta-metragem do mestre do cinema português Manoel de Oliveira, destacando o papel central que este formato ocupa na trajetória do cineasta. Sublinhou que, se a duração é breve, a densidade emocional pode ir muito além do tempo de projeção — e que, numa curta, conta sobretudo a verdade do sentimento. Quanto à sua postura como jurado, afirmou não procurar conjecturar intenções ou percursos dos autores, mantendo o olhar estritamente centrado na obra.
会上，萨拉维扎特别提到葡萄牙电影大师曼努埃尔·德·奥里维拉丰富的短片创作，称其在奥里维拉的职业生涯中占有举足轻重的地位。他强调，短片篇幅虽短，情感浓度却可远超长度，真实情感对短片而言至关重要。谈及评审原则，萨拉维扎表示不会揣测创作者的意图，而是聚焦于作品本身。
Speaking to the press, Salaviza pointed to the rich body of short films by Portuguese master Manoel de Oliveira, noting how central the form remained throughout his career. He stressed that a short's brevity is no measure of its emotional weight—its strength lies in emotional honesty. On his approach to judging, he added that he will not second-guess an author's intent, but will keep the focus squarely on the work itself.
