【研究发现线粒体可直接“插入”细胞核】

长期以来，教科书认为线粒体产生的ATP通过自由扩散到达细胞核。然而，2026年6月10日发表于《自然》的研究彻底推翻了这一假说，线粒体竟能通过核孔复合体直接“插入”细胞核，以线粒体蛋白VDAC1与核孔蛋白RANBP2之间的物理对接，构建专属能量输送通道，直接为基因调控、染色质重塑与细胞分化供能。
