Under my window 窗外白桦林
Tucked in the snow 掩映雪景中
White birch retired 银装如睡去
Clad in silver glow. 身披一身绒

On the fluffy branches 柔枝凝瑞雪
Snowy-trim with silver-tinge 似锦缀流苏
Melted around catkins 柔荑消融处
Forming white fringe. 晶莹映寒湖

Like golden fires 漫天金光烁
Snow-flakes blazed 雪花舞流光
While birch stood still 白桦凝神矗
Asleep, or amazed. 惊惶又似梦

Meanwhile, lazily 晨曦漫步至
Strolling around, 慵意掠枝头
Dawn threw more “silver” 银灰如将至
On the twigs (and ground). 遍地共悠悠
