We are hiring — Legal Counsel, Dispute Resolution & Knowledge Management
Location: Beijing

United Energy Group is looking for a mid-level legal counsel to join our international legal team in Beijing, focusing on cross-border disputes, litigation/arbitration support, and legal knowledge management.
The ideal candidate should have:
• 3–5 years of legal experience, preferably with exposure to international dispute resolution, litigation, arbitration or complex commercial matters;
• solid legal research, drafting and analytical skills;
• good commercial sense and the ability to understand legal issues in a broader business context;
• strong team spirit and willingness to work closely with colleagues across different jurisdictions; and
• genuine interest in developing a career in an international in-house legal team.
The role will provide exposure to international projects, cross-border disputes, external counsel management, legal operations and knowledge management initiatives, with good long-term career development opportunities.
