为迎接世界环境日，总领事普拉提克・马图尔在领馆举办了特色绿色主题活动。

本周一（6月1日）刚迎来国际儿童节，总领事表示，本次以青少年为主角的社区活动，旨在集结印度侨民后代与中国本地青少年，携手家长、老师共同参与。大家每人认领栽种一株绿植，以此进一步加深彼此的友谊与共识。

活动同时呼应 “为母亲栽一棵树” 公益行动 —— 这项行动如今已发展为倡导积极变革的全球活动。总领事阐释了其核心理念，呼吁大家践行环保生活方式，并鼓励青少年成为变革先行者，共建绿色地球。各方携手秉持全民参与的合作理念，沿着由全球南方引领的可持续发展道路稳步前行。

To commemorate #WorldEnvironmentDay#, CG Pratik Mathur hosted a unique #greeninitiative# campaign event at the Consulate in Shanghai.

As we marked #InternationalChildrensDay# earlier this week on 1 June, CG spotlighted that the child-led community event today was aimed at bringing together the #futuregenerations# from Indian #diaspora# and local Chinese community with their parents and teachers, and dedicating a plant each to further strengthen the bonds of mutual friendship and understanding.

Underlining the unique philosophy behind #EkPedMaaKeNaam# campaign which has now become a global movement for positive change, CG emphasized the importance of adopting eco-friendly practices and urged youth and students to be the agents of change to ensure a #green earth#, working together on a #GlobalSouth# led #sustainabledevelopmentpath# with a partnership #JanBhaagidaari# approach.
