There’s only one rule in the Ashram!

In our Ashram, there is one rule. You can bring your worries here and you cannot take it back with you. You should leave all your worry, you have to go back with a smile. This is the only rule. It's a written or unwritten law in the Ashram. So a woman comes and asks, "Gurudev, you said to leave my worry here, my mother-in-law is my biggest worry. Can I please leave her here?" I said, "Let me ask your mother-in-law what her biggest worry is." A guy said " Both will end up staying here!"

静心所只有一条规矩！

在我们的静心所，有一条规矩。你可以带着你的烦恼来这里，但不能把它们再带回去。你必须放下所有的忧虑，然后带着微笑离开。这是道场里唯一的一条规矩，无论是否形诸文字。

于是，有一位女士过来问：“古儒吉，您说让我把烦恼留在这里，我最大的烦恼就是我婆婆。我能把她也留在这儿吗？”

我说：“那让我先问问你婆婆，她最大的烦恼是什么。”
