同大家唱下歌、為老友記手部按摩、一齊食午餐，聽聽佢地分享人生故事。雖然只係微小既舉動，但5見到佢地既笑容，特別感動。陪伴就係最溫暖既語言。

This past long weekend, I had the privilege of volunteering at 先天道安老院 in Sha Tin. A heartfelt thank you to the team for the invitation and warm welcome.

I spent time singing for the seniors, sharing lunch, and listening to their stories. I also had the simple yet profound joy of massaging their hands—small acts that seemed to bring comfort and connection.

Grateful for the chance to give a little, yet receiving so much more in return—reminded that presence and kindness truly transcend age and words. 💛
