拟持旅游签证赴印度的中华人民共和国、中国香港特别行政区及中国澳门特别行政区公民请注意：

1. 来自中华人民共和国、中国香港特别行政区及中国澳门特别行政区的佛教香客可申请六个月多次入境普通旅游签证。此类朝圣者若从印度前往尼泊尔，无需遵守两次入境间隔至少2个月的规定，但须在入境尼泊尔后10天内重新入境印度。此外，此类佛教香客须注意，只可前往申请签证时行程单上所列的朝圣地点，前往行程单以外任何其他地点将被视为违反签证规定。

2. 拟持旅游签证赴印度的中华人民共和国、中国香港特别行政区及中国澳门特别行政区公民，今后将获发最长180天的两次入境普通旅游签证。两次连续入境之间须间隔至少两个月。

Nationals of People's Republic of China, China-SAR Hong Kong, and China-SAR Macau intending to visit India on Tourist Visa may please note:

1. Buddhist pilgrims from the People's Republic of China, China-SAR Hong Kong, and China-SAR Macau may obtain a Multiple Entry 6 months regular Tourist Visa. The condition of a minimum gap of 2 months between two successive visits will not be applicable to such Buddhist pilgrims travelling to Nepal from India, subject to the condition that they must re-enter India within 10 days of entering Nepal. Further, such Buddhist pilgrims must note that they may visit only the pilgrimage sites mentioned in their itinerary at the time of applying for visa. Visiting any other place not mentioned in their itinerary will be considered a visa violation.

2. Nationals of the People's Republic of China, China-SAR Hong Kong and China-SAR Macau intending to visit India on Tourist Visa will now be issued a double entry regular Tourist Visa for a maximum of 180 days. There shall be a minimum gap of 2 months between two successive visits.
