O Consulado-Geral de Portugal em Xangai e o Consulado-Geral da Irlanda em Xangai têm o prazer de coorganizar uma exibição especial do documentário português O Palácio dos Cidadãos, realizado por Rui Pires e distinguido com o Prémio MAX para Melhor Filme da Competição Portuguesa no Doclisboa 2024.
Filmado ao longo de um ano no interior da Assembleia da República Portuguesa, o documentário oferece um olhar raro e próximo sobre o funcionamento do Parlamento português, explorando a relação entre cidadãos, instituições políticas e participação pública através do quotidiano parlamentar português.
O Palácio dos Cidadãos propõe uma reflexão sobre representação parlamentar, diálogo e o lugar dos cidadãos, nesse contexto, na sociedade.
A sessão contará ainda com um momento de conversa e perguntas online com um representante da Assembleia da República Portuguesa. Serão servidos aperitivos ligeiros e bebidas portuguesas durante o evento.

葡萄牙驻上海总领事馆与爱尔兰驻上海总领事馆荣幸联合呈现葡萄牙纪录片《众议殿堂》特别展映。该片由鲁伊·皮勒什执导，荣获2024年里斯本国际纪录片节葡萄牙竞赛单元最佳影片MAX大奖。
这部历时一年在葡萄牙共和国议会内部拍摄的纪录片，通过记录葡萄牙议会的日常运作，罕见而近距离地展现了政治机构与公民参与之间的互动关系。《众议殿堂》引发人们对议会代表性、民主对话以及公民社会地位的深刻思考。
放映结束后将设有线上问答环节，葡萄牙共和国议会代表将参与交流。活动现场将提供葡式特色小食与饮品。

The Consulate-General of Portugal in Shanghai and the Consulate-General of Ireland in Shanghai present a screening of the Portuguese documentary The Palace of the Citizens, directed by Rui Pires, winner of the MAX Prize for Best Film in the Portuguese Competition at Doclisboa 2024.
Shot over a year inside the Portuguese Parliament, the film offers a rare, close look at it, exploring the ties between citizens, political institutions and public participation through parliamentary daily life. It reflects on representation, dialogue and the citizen’s role in society.
The event will include an online Q&A with a Parliament representative. Light Portuguese aperitivos and drinks will be served.
