ខ្ញុំពិតជារីករាយណាស់ដែលបានជួបជាមួយឯកឧត្តម សរ សុពុត្រា អភិបាលខេត្តស្ទឹងត្រែង និងបានទៅទស្សនាស្ថានីយ៍វារីអគ្គិសនីសេសានក្រោម ២ រួមជាមួយលោក ម៉ែន គុង អភិបាលរងខេត្ត។

ស្ថានីយ៍វារីអគ្គិសនីសេសានក្រោម ២ មិនត្រឹមតែដើរតួនាទីយ៉ាងសំខាន់ក្នុងការធានាការផ្គត់ផ្គង់ថាមពលអគ្គិសនីរបស់ប្រទេសកម្ពុជាប៉ុណ្ណោះទេ ថែមទាំងបានរួមចំណែកជាវិជ្ជមានដល់ការលើកកម្ពស់សុខុមាលភាពរបស់ប្រជាជនជុំវិញផងដែរ។ ជឿជាក់ថា គម្រោងសហប្រតិបត្តិការស្រដៀងគ្នារវាងប្រទេសចិន និងកម្ពុជានឹងបន្តកើនឡើងកាន់តែច្រើននាពេលអនាគត។

It is a great pleasure to meet with H.E. Sor Soputra, Governor of Stung Treng Province, and visit the Lower Sesan II Hydropower Station together with Mr. Men Kung, Deputy Governor of Stung Treng Provincial Administration.
The Lower Sesan II Hydropower Station has not only played an important role in ensuring Cambodia's electricity supply, but has also made contributions to improving the well-being of local communities. I am confident that cooperation projects like this between China and Cambodia will keep growing in the future.
