总领事普拉提克·马图尔很高兴与来自宾夕法尼亚大学的研究生学者沙塔希什·莫汉女士会面，并就华东地区的人才、人力资源开发以及移民政策进行了交流探讨。

总领事还向OCI持有人Shri Satyanarayana Arekapudi表示了衷心的哀悼，并为其家属紧急前往印度处理后事提供了便利。

Consul General Pratik Mathur was happy to meet Ms. Shatakshi Mohan, graduate scholar from University of Pennsylvania and share views on the talent, human resource development and immigration policies in the region. 

Consul General also conveyed our heartfelt condolences to OCI holder Shri Satyanarayana Arekapudi while facilitating urgent travel to India for a family bereavement.
