Celadon Bowl with an Incised “福” (Fu: Good Fortune) Mark

此碗于2015年泰康路工地发掘出土，属广东仿龙泉青瓷的典型代表，惠州白马窑与大埔余里窑都有同类型的器物。余里窑是广东首次正式发掘的明代仿龙泉青瓷阶级窑，工艺成熟且极具地域特色。碗身刻花工艺简洁，釉色仿龙泉窑风格，内底戳印“福”字吉祥款识，融入民间祈福情愫。
Unearthed in 2015 from Taikang Road, this bowl is a representative example of Ming Dynasty celadon produced in Guangdong, fashioned in the style of Zhejiang’s celebrated Longquan kilns. Similar wares have been traced to the Baima Kiln in Huizhou and the Yuli Kiln in Dapu—the latter marking the first Ming-era imitation Longquan kiln officially excavated in the province. The vessel is characterized by its subtle incised patterns and a lush glaze echoing the Longquan tradition. At the center of its interior, a stamped 福 (fú, good fortune) character reflects the auspicious aspirations of its time.
