闻名的西塔琴大师乌斯塔德·舒贾特·汗在上海柴提艺术节上，以一场令人陶醉的现场演出令全场观众为之倾倒。

本次活动吸引了1000多名热情参与者，其中包括15位友好国家的总领事，现场洋溢着对印度传统古典艺术深厚的温暖与敬意。活动不仅为中印青年艺术家提供了绝佳的交流机会，更通过文化互动深化了民间纽带。

在致辞时，总领事普拉提克.马图尔强调了印度与华东地区之间强大的文明纽带，强调了进一步加强人与人之间联系的重要性，包括通过#艺术和音乐#，让印度艺术家和音乐家获得全球赞誉和认可。

这位格莱美提名的大师，杰出的伊姆达德·汗流派，以富有表现力的西塔琴演奏、深情的歌声以及对旋律的自发掌握，让观众深深着迷。

手鼓伴奏由著名的Amit Dutt Chaubey和Arkodeep Das担任，他们充满活力的节奏完美衬托了整个夜晚。

Telling the story of New India through our soft power

Renowned sitar maestro Ustad Shujaat Khan captivated a packed audience in Shanghai with a mesmerizing live performance at the Chaiti Art Festival.

The event drew over 1,000 enthusiastic participants, including over 15 Consul Generals of friendly countries, filling the venue with warmth and deep appreciation for India's rich classical traditions. It provided a wonderful opportunity to encourage young Indian and Chinese artists while strengthening people-to-people ties through cultural exchange.

Speaking on the occasion, Consul General Pratik Mathur underlined the civilizational strong cultural bonds between India and the region, emphasizing the importance of further strengthening people to people ties, including through the #universallanguage# of arts and music, where Indian artists and musicians are capturing global acclaim and appreciation.

The Grammy-nominated maestro from the illustrious Imdad Khan Gharana held the audience spell bound with his deeply expressive sitar playing, soulful vocals, and spontaneous mastery over raag and melody.

He was accompanied on tabla by the brilliant Amit Dutt Chaubey and Arkodeep Das, whose energetic rhythms beautifully complemented the evening.
