Portugal reaffirmed its longstanding commitment with multilateralism

No dia 27 de abril, o Ministro de Estado e dos Negócios Estrangeiros, Paulo Rangel, recebeu o Corpo Diplomático em Lisboa para assinalar o Dia Internacional do Multilateralismo e da Diplomacia para a Paz, numa cerimónia que contou com a presença, como Convidado de Honra, de Sua Excelência Mohamed Mbaé, Ministro dos Negócios Estrangeiros da União das Comores.
4月27日，葡萄牙国务部长兼外交部长保罗·兰热尔在里斯本为外交使团举办活动，庆祝"国际多边主义与和平外交日"。科摩罗联盟外交部长穆罕默德·姆巴埃阁下作为荣誉嘉宾出席。
On 27 April, the Minister of State and Foreign Affairs, Paulo Rangel, hosted the Diplomatic Corps in Lisbon for a celebration of the International Day of Multilateralism and Diplomacy for Peace, which counted with the presence, as Guest of Honour, of H.E. Mohamed Mbaé, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Union of the Comoros.

Sublinhando a necessidade de reforçar a cooperação internacional num mundo cada vez mais interligado, o Ministro Paulo Rangel recordou a candidatura de Portugal a um lugar de membro não permanente do Conselho de Segurança das Nações Unidas para o biénio 2027–2028.
兰热尔部长强调，在相互依存日益紧密的世界中加强国际合作的必要性，并重申葡萄牙将竞选2027-2028年度联合国安理会非常任理事国席位。
Stressing the need for increased international cooperation in an ever more interconnected world, Minister Paulo Rangel recalled Portugal’s candidature for a non‑permanent seat on the United Nations Security Council, for the upcoming 2027–2028.

Explicou que, para países como Portugal, servir no Conselho de Segurança das Nações Unidas significa defender princípios consistentes, demonstrar que podemos ser um parceiro fiável e construtivo e liderar pelo exemplo.
他阐释道，对葡萄牙这样的国家而言，担任联合国安理会成员意味着恪守一贯原则；证明我们能够成为可靠且具有建设性的伙伴；以身作则发挥引领作用。
He explained that, for countries like Portugal, serving on the UN Security Council is about standing by consistent principles; showing that we can be a reliable and constructive partner; leading by example.

O Ministro assegurou que Portugal está pronto para contribuir, para se envolver, para ouvir, para construir pontes e para apresentar resultados. Pronto a servir todos os Estados-Membros com determinação. Pronto a ser a sua voz à mesa.
部长明确表示，葡萄牙已做好准备作出贡献、积极参与、倾听意见、搭建桥梁并呈现成果。决心为全体会员国服务，随时准备在安理会代表各国发声。
The Minister assured that Portugal is ready to contribute, to engage, to listen, to build bridges and to deliver. Ready to serve the entire membership with determination. Ready to be its Voice at the Table.
