SCA Design transformed DBS's 82,000 sq. ft. office in Perennial Business City into an innovative "Joyspace" through a co-creation methodology that placed employee voices at the centre of the design process.
The process began with workshops involving leadership and change champions, followed by extensive research into DBS's brand values. The designers developed a unique three-pronged employee engagement approach: exploring their favourite moments through scenic photography sharing; uncovering memories and hobbies; and selecting colour schemes to inspire daily workplace experiences. http://t.cn/RIvjQcd
