#中国—东盟中心简讯# 【ASEAN (Cambodia)-China Sustainable Tourism Capacity Building Program Launched in Phnom Penh 中国—东盟（柬埔寨）可持续旅游能力建设培训班在金边开幕】

The ASEAN (Cambodia)-China Sustainable Tourism Capacity Building Program, jointly organised by the ASEAN-China Centre (ACC) and the Ministry of Tourism of the Kingdom of Cambodia, was launched in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, on 27 April 2026. H.E. Shi Zhongjun, Secretary General of the ASEAN-China Centre (ACC), and H.E. Huot Hak, Minister of Tourism of Cambodia, addressed the opening ceremony. The event brought together nearly 200 participants, including representatives from the Chinese Embassy in Cambodia, tourism authorities and professionals of Cambodia.
2026年4月27日至28日，中国—东盟中心与柬埔寨王国旅游部共同举办的中国—东盟（柬埔寨）可持续旅游能力建设培训活动在柬埔寨金边开幕。中国—东盟中心秘书长史忠俊大使、柬埔寨旅游部部长胡海出席开幕式并致辞。中国驻柬埔寨大使馆、旅游业主管部门及业界代表近200人参加。

Shi Zhongjun underscored tourism as a key link in building the Cambodia-China community with a shared future and a vital pillar of ASEAN-China cooperation. Noting China’s continued position as a major source of tourists for Cambodia, he highlighted Cambodia’s active efforts to combat telecom fraud and enhance safety for all international visitors. The ACC has identified tourism as a priority sector, promoting sustainable development through two-way promotion, professional training, and capacity building. He reaffirmed the ACC’s commitment to deepening tourism cooperation between ASEAN and China.
史忠俊强调，旅游业是构建新时期全天候中柬命运共同体的关键纽带，也是中国—东盟合作的重要支柱。中国一直是柬埔寨重要客源国，柬埔寨政府采取积极有效措施，大力打击电信诈骗，加强对包括中国游客在内的国际游客的安全保障，持续营造更安全的旅游环境。中国—东盟中心将旅游视为推动中国同东盟国家合作的重点领域，并在双向推广、专业培训与能力建设等方面积极开展相关项目，愿与柬埔寨旅游部共同推动中国—东盟旅游合作，促进区域旅游的可持续发展。

Huot Hak stated that tourism is a key pillar of Cambodia’s economic development and social prosperity. The Cambodian government is comprehensively upgrading the tourism sector and has intensified efforts to crack down on telecom fraud, implementing stricter regulations and enhancing cross-border cooperation to ensure a secure environment for tourists. Cambodia will implement a visa-free policy for Chinese nationals starting 15 June this year. He encouraged participants to seize the learning opportunity and actively exchange insights, jointly making Cambodia a safe, friendly, and high-quality destination for Chinese tourists.
胡海表示，旅游业是柬埔寨经济发展与社会繁荣的关键支柱。柬埔寨政府正全面推进旅游业升级转型，进一步加大打击电信诈骗力度，通过实施更严格的监管措施、强化跨境协作，为游客创造更安全可靠的环境。柬埔寨将于今年6月15日起试行对中国公民免签入境政策，他鼓励学员们把握此次学习机会，积极开展交流互鉴，共同将柬埔寨打造成为对于中国游客安心、友好、高品质的旅游目的地。

The two-day workshop features intensive sessions tailored to the practical needs of Cambodia’s tourism industry in tapping the Chinese market. Topics include improving tour guide services for Chinese tourists, tourism product development and marketing strategies, promotion of Cambodian culinary tourism, emerging trends in China’s outbound tourism market, and the application of digital technology in tourism. Through lectures, case studies, and experience-sharing, the workshop helps Cambodian tourism professionals better understand Chinese visitors’ needs and enhance service quality and professional competence.
本次培训班为期两天，课程内容紧密围绕柬埔寨旅游业拓展中国市场的实际需求，涵盖面向中国游客的导游服务提升、旅游产品开发与营销策略、柬埔寨美食旅游推广、中国出境旅游市场新趋势，以及数字化技术在旅游业中的应用等课题，通过专题讲授、案例研讨与经验分享等多种形式，助力柬埔寨旅游业者深入把握中国游客需求，全面提升服务品质与专业素养。

Prior to the Opening Ceremony, Secretary General Shi Zhongjun met with Minister Huot Hak of Tourism of Cambodia. During the meeting, both sides discussed a wide range of bilateral tourism cooperation matters in depth. They agreed to work together to establish a sustainable, long-term mechanism for Cambodia-China tourism safety cooperation and to explore further cooperative opportunities in two-way tourism promotion, personnel exchanges, capacity building and destination development in the Cambodia-China Year of Tourism.
开幕式前，史忠俊秘书长会见柬埔寨旅游部部长胡海。双方就中柬旅游合作相关议题深入交换意见，一致同意以“中柬旅游年”为契机，共同推动建立中柬旅游安全合作长效机制，进一步拓展在双向旅游推广、人员交流、能力建设与旅游目的地开发等领域的合作。
