Award Winning Works: Casa Calma
New construction of a detached house next to Montnegre Park that meets high energy efficiency, sustainability, and health standards. This house was designed according to Passive House standards, strictly applying these criteria toreduce the home’s energy demand as much as possible, taking it to the extreme.
Casa Calma is a residence for two families of four people each, spread over just 230 square meters. It houses eight bedrooms, four bathrooms, a toilet, and a large social area equipped with an open kitchen and laundry area. Efficient design was key to achieving the results and requirements of these families, who wanted maximum performance in the smallest possible square meters. One of the key priorities was the openness to the outdoors and the visual respect for the natural park in front of the home. http://t.cn/RcSYy3n
