Physical Tickets: Your physical ticket is the ONLY valid proof for entry and benefit collection. Please keep it safe; lost tickets will not be replaced under any circumstances.
Luggage Storage: Storage facilities are available at Broadway Macau, but space is limited. we highly recommend traveling light for a better experience.
Time Management: Please allow plenty of time for benefit exchange and security checks to avoid the pre-show rush.
Prohibited Items: Electronic LED boards and prohibited items are strictly forbidden inside the venue. Please check the "Prohibited Items List" carefully.
