My first baby is 10 years old.
On this very day.

I still remember wondering if I was going to stay in school, not. Though it did not make sense logically, my curiosity knew I had to leave, and search for what I did not know.
Thank you mother for agreeing with me, I was only 16 and needed your support.
You gave it so easily.
I am so happy I decided to become an artist.
And i am so grateful for all of you x

All My Demons Greeting Me As A Friend was the first thing I ever wished to tell the world. And it has moved me so, how you all accepted these songs as your own 💫
Thank you, my warriors, for connecting with me, but also each other. For being yourself.
For celebrating the weird and the strange that lives in all of us. It has made me feel such joy, living in this world. Being just who I am, knowing all of you will meet me truly as you are too.🌙💫

So much have changed within us, and around us these past ten years.
We have a lot to mourn.
But also a lot to fight for.

Thank you Dad for driving me back and forth to the airport all those times, when I still lived at home. Thank you to my sisters @viktoriaaksnes and @mirandaaksnes for working with me on all those videos and tv shows.
you both are such a light in my life.

The day I quit school, the work began, and it hasn’t stopped since.
But I know it’s all worth it.
Because every day I feel inspired to create something new.
And I believe so much of the inspiration comes from our world, and the beautiful people that live In it.
I would never have see its beauty if my music didn’t take me around this word to see it myself.
You all brought me home.
I thank you deeply for it.
