很多人在讨论奎塔这个干扰球的问题，雷迪克还打算上诉来着，很多自媒体也在转发喊冤。以下是我的看法：

根据NBA裁判规则

Section I—A Player Shall Not:
(g) Touch the ball at any time with a hand which is through the basket ring.
(g) 任何时候用穿过篮筐的手触球。

(h) Vibrate the rim, net or backboard so as to cause the ball to make an unnatural bounce... when the ball is touching the ring or passing through.
(h) 震动篮筐、篮网或篮板，使球在触篮筐或穿过篮筐时产生不自然的弹跳。

(i) Touch the rim, net or ball while the ball is in the net, preventing it from clearing the basket.
(i) 球在篮筐内时触碰篮筐、篮网或球，阻止球出篮。

这里面提到了两个关键点：

1. 触球，没触球的话，不满足干扰球条件
2.影响篮筐，使得球没法弹进篮筐

但从慢镜头来看，奎塔一没触球，二没影响篮筐使得球产生不自然的反弹。所以裁判认定这个不是干扰球也make sense。

反观某类博主平台，带动球迷群体的情绪，大过年的没捡到钱就喊冤，太不吉利了。
