To express our gratitude for the long-term support of our friends and fans, and to build a bridge for cultural exchanges between China and ASEAN countries, the ASEAN-China Centre (ACC) is delighted to launch the photo contest “Seeing the Spring Festival Through ASEAN Friends’ Eyes”. We warmly invite friends from ASEAN countries to capture beautiful moments of the Spring Festival through your lenses.

The Spring Festival is the most grand traditional festival in China, carrying profound cultural connotations of reunion, blessing and inheritance. Its lively festive atmosphere and diverse folk customs have also become a vivid carrier for the integration of Chinese and foreign cultures. We look forward to your sharing of your perspective on the Spring Festival - it could be the Spring Festival customs you have personally experienced, the impressive festive scenes, the warmly celebrating moments with relatives and friends, or your unique insights into the Spring Festival culture. 一、参与对象

[How to Participate]
1. Follow the official Weibo account of the ACC, then share your post related to the Spring Festival with photos and story on Weibo, and add the hashtag #Seeing the Spring Festival Through ASEAN Friends’ Eyes#;
2. Picture Requirements:
Single or group photos are acceptable. The format should be JPG or PNG. The size of each photo should not exceed 10MB. The pictures must be clear and show a distinct theme. A description up to 100 words (including the time, location, scene of the photo, and the cultural connotation or personal thoughts and feelings about the Spring Festival) should be provided along with the picture in your post;
3. Content Requirements:
Focus on the theme of cross-cultural communication, and showcase the unique charm of the Spring Festival. The content should be positive and healthy, and comply with public order and morality;
4. Copyright Notice:
All the pictures and contents in the post must be original and created by the submitter, not generated by AI. Plagiarism and unauthorized use are strictly prohibited. If there are any legal issues related to copyright disputes or portrait rights, the submitter shall bear the responsibility by themselves. The organizer has the non-commercial usage rights of the works, such as exhibition and promotion.
二、参与方式及作品要求
1. 关注中国—东盟中心官方微博，在微博发布新春图文故事，并添加话题#Seeing the Spring Festival Through ASEAN Friends’ Eyes#；
2. 图片要求：单张或组图均可，格式为JPG/PNG，单张大小不超过10MB，画面清晰、主题鲜明，可搭配100字以内文字说明(说明作品拍摄的时间、地点、场景，想要传递的文化内涵或对春节文化所思所感)；
3. 内容要求：聚焦跨文化交流主题，展现中国新春的独特魅力，内容积极健康、符合公序良俗；
4. 版权说明：作品须为本人原创，非AI生成，严禁抄袭、盗用，如涉及版权纠纷、肖像权等法律责任，由投稿人自行承担责任；主办方拥有作品的展示、宣传等非商业使用权。

Third Prize (4 winners): 1 Xiaomi Portable Photo Printer for each;

[Award Presentation & Exhibition]
1.Winners will need to send your account nickname, original post link, real name, nationality, contact information and delivery address to the email address: iprd@asean-china-centre.org after the award list is announced.
2. After receiving the awards, please send a photo of yourself with the gift box opening to the above email address to facilitate the subsequent publicity of the Contest.
3. All outstanding works will be displayed on the online official accounts of the ACC. Let’s convey the warmth of the Spring Festival through the photos with precious memories, and enhance the friendship between ASEAN and China through cultural exchanges!
五、领奖与展示
1. 获奖用户需在名单公布后，将账号昵称、作品原文链接、真实姓名、国籍、联系方式及收件地址发送至邮箱：iprd@asean-china-centre.org；
2. 收到奖品后，请将本人与礼品开箱合影照片发送至上述邮箱，便于活动后续宣传；
3. 所有优秀作品将通过中国—东盟中心官方平台集中展示，以光影传递新春暖意，以文化共筑中国—东盟友谊。
[Important Warnings]
1. The personal information of the winners will only be used for communication related to this Contest and for award distribution. The ACC will strictly keep it confidential.
2. The ACC will select the list of winners from the eligible entries that meet the participation requirements. The final selection results will be announced officially.
3. The final authority for this Contest belongs to the ACC.

1. 获奖者个人信息仅用于本次活动联系及奖品发放，主办方将严格保密；
2. 主办方将从符合参与要求的作品中评选出获奖名单，评选结果以官方公示为准；
