On 11 February 2026, H.E. Shi Zhongjun, Secretary General of the ASEAN-China Centre (ACC), met with Ms. Olga Dzhumaeva, Head of Delegation of the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC) East Asia at the ACC Secretariat.
2026年2月11日，中国—东盟中心秘书长史忠俊大使在秘书处会见红十字会与红新月会国际联合会东亚地区代表处主任奥嘉。

Both sides briefed each other on the general profile of their respective organizations, exchanged views on cooperation in areas including disaster prevention and mitigation, and expressed readiness to maintain close communication and actively deepen exchanges and cooperation going forward.
双方分别介绍了各自组织主要情况，就在防灾减灾等领域开展合作交换看法，表示未来愿保持密切沟通，积极深化交流协作。
