【美国纽约宣布加入世卫组织疫情响应网络】当地时间2月4日，美国纽约市卫生局表示，在美国总统特朗普宣布美国退出世界卫生组织后，纽约市已加入世界卫生组织的全球疫情警报和反应网络(GOARN)。该网络由360多家技术机构组成, 主要负责应对全球公共卫生事件，如大流行病和疾病暴发。此前，在特朗普宣布美国退出世卫组织后，包括加州州长纽森和伊利诺伊州州长普利茨克在内的民主党人表示，已让各自所在地区加入这一网络以示反对该决定。The New York City Health Department on Wednesday said it has joined the World Health Organization (WHO)'s global outbreak response network, Global Outbreak Alert and Response Network (GOARN), following President Donald Trump's withdrawal of the U.S. from the UN health agency. The network responds to public health events around the world, such as pandemics and disease outbreaks, and comprises of more than 360 technical institutions. Previously, some Democratic leaders, including California Governor Gavin Newsom and Illinois Governor JB Pritzker, both Democrats, have said their states will join the GOARN, in defiance of the withdrawal decision.
