#中国—东盟中心简讯# 【25th ASEAN Plus Three Tourism Ministers Meeting in Cebu Promotes Sustainable Growth and Deeper Integration 中国—东盟中心助力东盟—中日韩区域旅游合作深化】

On 30 January 2026, the 25th Meeting of ASEAN Plus Three Tourism Ministers was held in Cebu, the Philippines during the 2026 ASEAN Tourism Forum by the Department of Tourism of the Philippines. H.E. Shi Zhongjun, Secretary General of the ASEAN-China Centre (ACC) was invited to address this meeting. The Meeting brought together tourism ministers and senior officials from ASEAN Member States, China, Japan and the Republic of Korea, and the ACC, ASEAN-Korea Centre and ASEAN-Japan Centre, to exchange views on strengthening ASEAN Plus Three tourism cooperation and promoting sustainable and resilient tourism development in the region.
2026年1月30日，第25届东盟—中日韩旅游部长会议在菲律宾宿务市举行。中国—东盟中心秘书长史忠俊大使应邀致辞。来自东盟11国、中国、日本、韩国旅游部长和中国—东盟中心、日本—东盟中心和韩国—东盟中心秘书长出席会议，就加强东盟与中日韩旅游合作、推动区域旅游发展交换意见。

SG Shi highlighted the strong recovery and continued growth of ASEAN-China two-way tourism, noting the important role of visa facilitation, expanded air connectivity and enhanced people-to-people exchanges. He outlined the ACC’s key tourism initiatives in 2025, which focused on promoting tourism destinations, facilitating two-way tourist flows, and strengthening human resource development and capacity building. He noted that 2026 marks the fifth anniversary of the ASEAN-China Comprehensive Strategic Partnership and reaffirmed the ACC’s role as a bridge, platform and catalyst for deepening regional tourism cooperation.
史忠俊秘书长指出，中国—东盟双向旅游强劲复苏并持续增长，签证便利化、航空互联互通的扩大以及人文交流的深化在其中发挥了重要作用。他介绍了中国—东盟中心2025年的重点旅游工作，聚焦于旅游目的地推广、促进双向游客流动以及加强人力资源开发和能力建设。他表示，2026年是中国—东盟全面战略伙伴关系建立五周年，中国—东盟中心将继续发挥桥梁和平台作用，推动区域旅游合作不断深化。

The Meeting discussed the priorities to implement the ASEAN Tourism Action Plan 2026-2030 and announced that Singapore would host the next ASEAN Plus Three Tourism Ministers Meeting during 18-22 January 2027.
会议讨论了落实《东盟旅游行动计划（2026—2030年）》的重点方向，并宣布新加坡将于2027年1月18日至22日主办下一届东盟与中日韩旅游部长会议。
