My main work is Mongolian type design, but on the side, I can't resist the urge to scribble out a sketch…
Almost entirely, the earth lies hidden beneath hardened pavement. Modern life offers only roads for hurried passers-by; there is no soft ground where one can just stand for a moment. I don’t know which land I am standing on right now, or which ground will bury me in the future: The earth to me is a warm, attractive presence—a place that has never truly embraced me. Because of this, it is a subject I can only sketch from a place of yearning.
