Human stories are practically always about one thing, aren’t they?
Death. The inevitability of death.
There was a quotation from Simone de Beauvoir, there in the paper the other day. （掏出钱包，戴上眼镜）
“There is no such thing as a natural death. Nothing that happens to a man is ever natural, since his presence call the whole world into question.
All men must die, but for every man, his death is an accident. And even if he knows it and consents to it an unjustifiable violation.”

Well you may agree with that words or not, but those are the key-spring of the Lord of the Rings

我觉得不止是the Lord of the Rings，不止人类，宝钻、精灵也是更是把这种理念贯穿始终。

在此不负责地联想下，Fingolfin，Maedhros 和Fingon……那么多诺多、人类有consent to death，他们选择死亡，但即便如此，死亡也是对他们不公正的侵犯。
存在不是合理，可能只是思考，也可以是批判。一如创造大乐章，音符命运看似各居其所，无论是诺多、“反叛者”选择死亡还是本就注定死亡，死亡对他们亦是不公正的侵犯。
