Over the past three days, I’ve been steadily returning to my exercise routine. On the first day, I focused on training my back. I began with empty stomach aerobic exercises, followed by strength training, and finished with a cardio session. The second day was dedicated to my glutes. Yesterday and today, however, I skipped the post-workout cardio because I’ve been feeling quite exhausted.
Lately, I’ve been keeping my diet very clean, but with my period approaching, I’ve been craving something sweet. Even so, I’m trying to stay disciplined.
Looking back at how 2025 is passing by, I realize how much has changed. I moved from Taiyuan to Xi’an—a big step—and I already competed in two fitness competitions, achieving results that made me truly proud of myself.
Lately, though, I’ve been facing some challenges. Financially, this month has been tight, and at times I feel weak—not just physically, but mentally. There are days when I don’t even want to work out; I just want to eat something indulgent. But when I do, it doesn’t really make me happy.
I’ve been under some pressure lately, especially about money. One of my motivations to keep training is to buy myself some new clothes—small rewards that keep me going. Despite these ups and downs, I hold onto hope for a bright future. Next year, I am determined to win my IFBB Pro card. I believe in myself, and I know I can make it happen.
