讲细节。工作过细可使你避免发生差错。要在工作上精益求精，要不厌其烦、不厌其细、不厌其啰嗦。Put stress on details. Carefulness insures you against errors. Be constantly perfecting your work, not mind taking the trouble, not object to particulars and not tire of talkative.

老人家走的路多，吃的粮多，读的书多，受教育多，经的事多，担责任多，享的福多，受的罪多，吃的苦多，可谓见多识广，有丰富的生活经验。老人家说的话多是经验之谈，我们不可不听也。
Old men, who walk more roads, eat more grain, read more books, get (or acquire or receive) more education，have more experiences, assume (or take on) more responsibilities, enjoy more happiness, and endure more sufferings, and experience many hardships, are knowledgeable, and have rich life experience. What they say is mostly wise counsel. Why don't we listen to what they say?

世界是一个施与受二者提供无限的机遇，深思熟虑的人施与受得到的最多。对世界和对自己有用的人值得奉献，因为他经历的很多，想的也很多。上述这段话希望鼓励有价值生命三大要素---经历、深思和自我表达。The world is a place of unlimited opportunity for both giving and gaining and it is the thoughtful man who gives and gains the most.; the man of value to the world and to himself is the man who has something worthwhile to contribute because he has experienced much and thought great deal. The above-mentioned paragraph hopes to encourage three essentials of valuable life ---experience, thought, and self-expressipn.

只要身体好，我将一复一日地为你提供信息。So long as I'm in good shape, I'll work day in day and day out to provide information for you.

青年人应该像密蜂采密那样来丰富自己的知识。Young people should be like bees collecting honey to enrich themselves.

天行健，君子以身强不息。《易经》【释义】宇宙不停地运转，人应该效法天地，永远不断地前进。
Just as Heaven keeps vigor through movement, so should a gentleman maintain vitality through unremitting self-improvement.
