Autumn is officially in the air. It has become both inevitable and necessary for me to take care of my wellbeing. Working nonstop for nearly a month has taken its toll. The shoulder pain — initially self-diagnosed as a possible rotator cuff tear (by me, of course, since visiting a doctor has been practically impossible under my punishing work schedule) — might actually be the result of constant stress, according to two friendly Canadian guests of my landlord. So much so that I’ve decided to take a break from meeting preparations and instead treat them to a classic Chinese hot pot — slightly toned down in spiciness to accommodate their lighter taste. [偷笑]Relaxation takes many forms, and mine includes cooking.
