🌷 7. Tracing Analogy between Two Events　同类比拟法

Using comparison to introduce something new by mentioning it in connection to something familiar is called the method of tracing analogy between two events. By using this method of introduction, visitors can easily comprehend the unfamiliar things as if they were in the old surroundings. People often say, “Without climbing up the Great Wall, a tourist cannot be considered to have visited China.” There is similar statement in Greece, “without visiting the Greek Guardian City, a tourist should not be considered to have visited Greece.” Tourists can easily understand the importance of the Great Wall and the Greek Guardian City. 用风物对比，以熟喻生的导游解讲方法叫同类比拟法。这种方法是用游客熟悉的事物来介绍，比喻参观的事物，使其对生疏的事物很快理解并产生亲切感，是游客在异国他乡，却犹如置身故地。人们常说，“没有登过长城等于没有来过中国。”在希腊有同样的说法，没有到过希腊守护之城，就等于没有到过希腊。“ 游客很快就能理解中国的万里长城和希腊的守护之城的重要性。
