AURORA / ✨ One of my highlights this year was getting the chance to spend time with this incredible human.

Ahead of accepting the Contemporary Music Award at this year’s O2 Silver Clefs, she visited the Nordoff & Robbins London Centre to make music with some of the amazing music therapists and hear their stories.

Aurora is one of those people who make a room feel brighter just by being in it. Her energy and genuine connection with everyone brought us all together.

She threw herself into the sessions; singing, ad-libbing, and letting her voice move through its full spectrum, from ethereal softness to a Nordic roar, ebbing and flowing with the music around her.

We met again at the awards, where she greeted me like an old friend, her warmth and kindness shining through.

Working with Nordoff & Robbins is always such a privilege — not least for the chance to meet amazing people like Aurora.
