今天是我阿斯汤伽300小时教培毕业的日子，谢谢瑜伽带给我的新生命，从哈他教培200小时，到辅导教培100小时，最终来到了阿汤，用了整整两年的时间系统完整的学习了印度传统瑜伽的哲学与体系。
愿在以后的生命中，能用我瑜伽的能量，带给更多人幸福与健康。
After completing a month of Ashtanga teacher training under the guidance of Anupji, I feel both humbled and inspired.
