How it works (simple + circular):

Greywater from showers, basins, and laundry is filtered through compact bio-filters/reed beds.

The treated water feeds planters, rooftop orchards, and façade greenery—reducing potable water demand and heat gain.

Vegetation provides shade, evap cooling, and biodiversity while improving waterfront air quality.

Modular floating platforms minimize seabed impact and allow phased development.

Solar-ready roofs + smart controls plug into an energy-efficient microgrid.
