Skydiving reminded me that
courage isn’t the absence of fear,
it’s being scared to death, meeting it face to face,
and still choosing to jump anyway,
the same lesson I keep finding in life.

Somewhere between panic and freefall,
I learned to trust myself.
That trust became freedom,
and the quiet strength to face the chaos within.
