The front row offered neatly arranged local dried fruits and nuts; behind them were small eateries for travelers to take a break. It wasn't crowded, but customers kept coming. A vendor told us that this spot used to have just one or two stalls. Since the highway was put into use, traffic has increased, and gradually the area has turned into a proper bazaar – bringing in better income for local families. When asked about the future, he smiled shyly and said, "I know China built this road. I'm really grateful.
