一、展会基本信息

展会将于2025年5月16 - 18日在珠海国际会展中心举办。自2004年在上海创立，亚印展历经20 年的稳健发展，此番再度落地“全球打印耗材之都”珠海。相较于上届，本届展会规模预计翻倍，将为参展商与专业买家打造更广阔的交流合作平台，带来更多商业机遇。

二、海外买家补贴政策

为推动国际交流合作，助力参展商开拓国际市场，经组委会研究，特制定以下补贴政策：

1. 参展商邀约：参展商每成功邀请一位海外专业买家前来参观展会，可获得1500元人民币补贴。

2. 买家自主报名：海外专业买家若自主通过官方网站、电话、邮件等正规途径联系展会主办方报名参观，经组委会审核符合要求，补贴1500元人民币给买家本人。

补贴名额有限，遵循“先申请，先获得”的原则。请有意向的参展商提前规划，积极开展海外专业买家邀约工作。

Notice on Subsidy for Overseas Buyers of ReChina Asian Printer, Office Equipment and Consumables Exhibition

Dear Exhibitors and Professional Buyers,

The ReChina Asian Printer, Office Equipment and Consumables Exhibition is about to commence. To help you better understand the exhibition and subsidy policies for overseas buyers, we hereby notify you of the relevant information.

I. Exhibition Basic Information

The exhibition will be held at Zhuhai International Convention and Exhibition Center from May 16th to 18th, 2025. Since its establishment in Shanghai in 2004, the Asian Printer Exhibition has undergone 20 years of stable development. This time, it returns to Zhuhai, the “Global Capital of Printing Consumables”. Compared with the previous session, the scale of this year's exhibition is expected to double, creating a broader platform for communication and cooperation between exhibitors and professional buyers and bringing more business opportunities.

II. Subsidy Policies for Overseas Buyers

To promote international exchanges and cooperation and assist exhibitors in exploring international markets, the Organizing Committee has formulated the following subsidy policies:

1. Exhibitor Invitation: For each overseas professional buyer successfully invited by an exhibitor to visit the exhibition, the exhibitor will receive a subsidy of 1,500 RMB.

2. Buyer Self - registration: If overseas professional buyers independently contact the exhibition organizer through official websites, telephone, email or other formal channels to register for the visit, and meet the requirements after being reviewed by the Organizing Committee, a subsidy of 1,500 RMB will be provided to the buyers themselves.

Subsidy quotas are limited. The principle of “first - come, first - served” will be followed. Exhibitors interested are advised to plan in advance and actively invite overseas professional buyers.
