结网蜘蛛Nephilengys malabarensis，雄性蜘蛛为了不在交配期间被雌性蜘蛛吃掉，所以学会了一项特殊技能，就是直接将生殖器断在雌性蜘蛛体内（痛！）
The male spider of Nephilengys malabarensis has developed a special skill to avoid being eaten by the female during mating—detaching its genitalia inside the female's body (ouch!).

研究发现，断掉后的生殖器仍可以不断向雌蜘蛛输送精液。
Research shows that the detached genitalia can still continue to transfer sperm into the female.

断掉前的生殖器有大约30%的精子会转移到雌蜘蛛体内，还有70%左右的精子留在生殖器里。
Before detachment, about 30% of the sperm transfers into the female, while around 70% remains in the genitalia.

大约过了20分钟才能转移大约85%的精子，但雌蜘蛛要花7个小时左右才能移除雄性断掉的生殖器。
It takes about 20 minutes to transfer around 85% of the sperm, but it takes the female spider roughly 7 hours to remove the male's detached genitalia.

只能说，为了不被吃掉，雄性蜘蛛已经使出浑身解术了！
One can only say that the male spider is doing everything it can to avoid being eaten!
