The art of saying “no"
The mere thought of telling your boss “no” is probably pretty daunting. But there is a limit to how much the human can do in a week. There is also plenty of science to back up the fact that working more and working longer hours makes you less efficient.

仅仅想到告诉你的老板“不”可能已经相当令人畏惧了。但人一周内能做的事情是有限的。也有大量科学研究支持这样一个事实：工作更多和工作时间更长会让你效率更低。
If you can’t draw the line with your boss, you probably aren’t going to have a very healthy work relationship. There will eventually be some fallout and resentment. it’s probably a good idea to set some boundaries and expectations from the start.  
如果你不能和老板划清界限，你可能不会有一个很健康的工作关系。最终可能会有一些冲突和怨恨。从一开始设定一些界限和期望可能是一个好主意。
